Daily Devotion

“In the Light!” - An amazingly memorable science experience that illustrates the power of Light, being in the Light and the scriptural passage 1st John 1:3-9.

“Are You Covered?” - This science illustration that defies common experience astounds kids and adults of all ages while teaching the connection of the forgiveness of our sins and the shed blood of Jesus Christ. This is one powerful illustration!

Daily Science Project - Rockets!

Day 2 - Ask

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knowck and the door will be opened to you." Matthew 7:7

Daily Devotion

“White as Snow!” - A wondrous and unforgettable visual and tactile science lesson from Isaiah 1:18 ad Romans 10:13 illustrates how God can transform His people’s red-stained sins into something - as white as snow!

“The Prayer Tube” - A simple and yet impressive science tool powerfully encourages how we should “Keep Asking, Keep Seeking, Keep Knocking” and not give up in prayer! This lesson focuses on Matthew 7:7, Luke 18:1-8, and Luke 11:5-10.

Daily Science Project

Elementary

Kids try their hands as REAL scientists as they measure, pour, mix and test two unique variations of "Super Slime".  These "Non-Newtonian Solids" are fun for all ages...including the leaders!. Students learn about measurement, scientific testing, gravity, viscosity, elasticity and polymers...with their hands!

Pre-School

This project is a highlight of the week as little ones become BIG scientists by mixing, exploring and handling a unique...and awesomely gross substance... that THEY made!

Day 3  - Serve

"Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. 1 Peter 4:9-10

Daily Devotion

“OK, then Show Me!” - A surprising contrast is drawn between two identical science items...well, almost identical! Important lessons around Jesus’ teaching in Matthew 7 about being watchful for wolves dressed as sheep comes alive...in your very hands!

“Let’s Keep it Together, People!” - This thrilling lesson about unity in the Body of Christ is taught through a spectacular yet small science contraption. It will leave leaders and kids shocked and amazed!

Daily Science Project

Elementary

"Students work as a team and construct a bridge from a very atypical set of resources. Students learn valuable life lessons about teamwork through planning, building and testing their bridge! Participants learn that in life we have limited time, limited resources and must work with other people different from us!

Pre-School

Build a colorful bridge! Kids use bright and colorful pieces of candy to make a "sweet" bridge - pun intended! A simple step-by-step project plan takes small and simple steps and multiplies them through the power of TEAMWORK! Everyone participates, everyone contributes, and everyone has a hand in constructing an amazing bridge!

Day 4 - Impact

"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Acts 1:8

Daily Devotion

“Take that Message and Run With It!” - The Great Commission given by Jesus in Matthew 28 and also in Acts 1:8 is captured as students explore the wonders of chromotopography. This powerful visual inspires us to go to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the Ends of the Earth.

“I Can Change Things” - This surprising science demonstration focuses on Romans 10:13-15 and is the essence of a Hands-On Experience! Participants marvel as they themselves cause a scientific transformation, right before their eyes...and hands. This illustration reinforces that they can make a difference as they boldly share the Good News!

Daily Science Project

Elementary

Ready... Aim... Fire...! Go back in time and become an engineer hired by the kings and build your own working catapult with your very own hands! This Hands-On Experience touches on history, is high on interaction and high on impact... literally! Two historically accurate and intriguing wooden models show how medieval kingdoms utilized technology to launch attack from great distances. Students also build a graphically rich castle from card-stock paper!

Pre-School

This fun and interactive experience uses household items to make a simple catapult able to launch marshmallows across the room! With the help of a leader a simple catapult is constructed...with their own hands! Students build a graphically rich castle from card-stock paper.

Day 5 - celebrate

"And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Look! God's dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." Revelation 21: 3-4

Daily Devotion

“Mirror, Mirror” - An impressive and yet simple illustration using some wacky science mirrors helps kids understand how earth as it is now, is not how God originally intended it to be. This illustration looks at 1st Corinthians 13:12 and Revelation 21:1-4 to contrast life here on earth and how life will be in Heaven!

“The Pressure Pullers” - This science devotional about Romans 8:38-39 and John 10:27-30 will stick in the minds of students for a lifetime! Through a totally hilarious science illustration, the powerfully serious message that nothing...absolutely nothing can separate us from the Love of God in Christ Jesus! What a concept to end this powerful week!

Daily Science Project

Elementary

"This is just like being a REAL Scientist!" An amazing reaction in a ziplock bag...woah...a vivid color changes...double woah...extreme temperature changes...and ends with an exciting surprise!

Pre-School

Similar to the Elementary Option, young learners are doing REAL science! The reaction is done completely in a sealed ziplock bag, easily set up by leaders before the preschool scientists arrive. Students squeal with joy as they watch, feel, and even hear this classic, chemical reaction do it's thing! Words alone cannot communicate the impact this reaction will have on young, budding scientists - you have to experience it!
